Pasta is not the only eventuality

Meat - primordial human source of albumin. Who would resist the juicy taste of well done, medium rare or even blood rare steak... (ok, I'll pass at third possibility but come on... oh and I'm not referring to all you v-word diet people - no offense ;-) But still a nice grilled sausage...

Ok, but why in English ? Well everything because of last.fm user who apparently really like this "place" - I mean my blog. Since he doesn't understand Polish I've decided to write in English. So for explain.

I have no idea if you (...I mean you last.fm user...) like meat, but anyhow I'm gonna present a traditional dish. Don't ask from which tradition, I can't tell, besides Gulyasleves is for me so called live dish (and I really don't mean that it's blood rare). Anyway I present my variation.

You will need:

* 400 gr beef chuck
* 2 onions, white or yellow
* about 20 gr sweet paprika powder
* 2 bay leaves
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Chop meat in 2cm cubes, heat deep oil (it should be really smoke heated if you know what i mean... ...if not, well try not to burn down your kitchen but make oil as hot as possible, meat should fry quick, so the out side is roasted and in side remain the juice). On the other (bigger) pan or pot like pan , fry lightly and than stew chopped onion. Put roasted beef right to the pan with onion (you may need to divide it, and fry it in two or three portion, cause it need to be well done on every 4 cubic centimeters sides). Ok, that was the most difficult and messy part, after that, place all other ingredients and mix everything together. Cover your pan and stew what's inside for half hour. Blend it every once in a while. In the meantime boil buckwheat groats, and buy a kefir and pickled cucumber.

How to place it ? I'll say no more...

Ok, everyone's invited to correct my grammar and vocabulary. I really want to be understood. Greets !
